About: Birthing Beautiful Communities (BBC) is a Community-based nonprofit advancing Black maternal and infant health through doula care and advocacy.

Project: Spearheaded qualitative research (1:1 interviews, listening sessions, surveys) to understand unmet stakeholder needs, directly shaping campaign strategy and messaging direction. Translated insights into reusable narratives, establishing BBC’s first insights-led content system that increased engagement by 73% in five months.
